PUBLIC CONTRACT (OFFER)

for ordering, sale, and delivery of goods

This contract is an official and public offer of the Seller to conclude a purchase and sale agreement for the Goods presented on the website https://easysnacks.com.ua/.

This contract is public, meaning that, in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, sole proprietor) and without granting preference to one buyer over another.
By entering into this Contract, the Buyer fully accepts the terms and conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, return of goods, liability for dishonest orders, and all other provisions of the Contract. The Contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer clicks the "Confirm Order" button on the checkout page in the “Cart” section and receives electronic confirmation of the order from the Seller.

1. Definitions

1.1. Public Offer (“Offer”) – a public proposal by the Seller, addressed to an unlimited number of persons, to conclude a distance purchase and sale agreement (“Contract”) with the Seller under the terms specified in this Offer.

1.2. Goods or Services – the object of the transaction between the Parties, selected by the Buyer on the Seller’s online store website and placed in the cart, or already purchased by the Buyer remotely.

1.3. Online Store – the Seller’s website https://easysnacks.com.ua/ created to conclude retail and wholesale sales agreements based on the Buyer’s review of the Seller’s product descriptions via the Internet.

1.4. Buyer – a legally capable individual over 18 years of age who receives information from the Seller, places an order for the purchase of Goods presented on the Online Store website for purposes not related to business activities, or a legal entity/sole proprietor.

1.5. Seller – LAN-V LLC (identification code), a legal entity established and operating in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, registered at: 74200, Kherson region, Beryslav district, Novovorontsovka village, 9 Abrikosova Street.

2. Subject of the Contract

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer into the Buyer’s ownership Goods (natural food products – pastila, fruit snacks, and other food products), and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Contract.

2.2. The date of conclusion of the Offer Contract (acceptance of the Offer) and the moment of the Buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of its terms shall be the date the Buyer fills out the order form on the Online Store website, provided that the Buyer receives electronic confirmation of the order from the Seller. Upon the Buyer’s request, the Contract may be executed in writing.

3. Order Placement

3.1. The Buyer independently places an order in the Online Store via the “Cart” form, by email, or by phone listed in the Online Store “Contacts” section.

3.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order if the Buyer’s provided information is incomplete or raises doubts about its accuracy.

3.3. When placing an order on the Online Store website, the Buyer must provide the following mandatory information:

• Buyer’s full name;

• Delivery address (if delivery to the Buyer’s address);

• Contact phone number;

• Identification code for legal entities or sole proprietors.

3.4. The name, quantity, article, price, nutritional composition, shelf life, and other characteristics of the selected Goods are specified in the Buyer’s cart on the Online Store website.

3.5. If either Party requires additional information, they may request it from the other Party. If the Buyer fails to provide necessary information, the Seller is not responsible for the quality of service in fulfilling the order.

3.6. When ordering through the Seller’s operator, the Buyer must provide the information specified in clauses 3.3–3.4 of this Offer.

3.7. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

3.8. By accepting the terms of this Offer (placing an order), the Buyer confirms that:

• They have read and agree to the terms of this Offer;

• They consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of personal data for the purposes of this Contract, including to third parties for order fulfillment.

4. Price and Delivery

4.1. Prices are determined by the Seller and listed on the Online Store website in UAH, VAT excluded.

4.2. Prices may change unilaterally by the Seller depending on market conditions. Prices for already paid Goods cannot be changed.

4.3. The price of Goods does not include delivery costs. Delivery is paid by the Buyer directly to the carrier.

4.4. The Seller may provide an estimated delivery cost upon the Buyer’s request.

4.5. The Buyer’s payment obligation is fulfilled once funds are credited to the Seller’s account.

4.6. Upon delivery, the Buyer must check the Goods for quantity, quality, and completeness in the presence of the delivery representative.

4.7. Ownership and risk pass to the Buyer upon receipt of the Goods from the Seller or the carrier.

4.8. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Seller must:

• Deliver Goods in accordance with the Contract and order;

• Keep Buyer’s personal information confidential, except as required by law or for order fulfillment.

Seller may:

• Change Contract terms and prices unilaterally by publishing updates on the website.

Buyer must:

• Review the Contract and prices before ordering;

• Provide accurate and sufficient information for order fulfillment.

6. Returns

6.1. The Buyer may return non-food Goods of proper quality within 14 days if unused and in original condition, except for items listed as non-returnable by law.

6.1.1. Food products of proper quality (including pastila, fruit snacks, and other foods) cannot be returned or exchanged if they meet contract conditions and have no defects.

6.2–6.4. Refunds for proper quality Goods are made within 30 days to the Buyer’s bank account; return shipping is at the Buyer’s expense.

6.5–6.7. Defective Goods may be returned under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” with proper documentation. Custom-made Goods cannot be returned.

7. Liability

The Seller is not liable for:

• Damage caused by improper installation, use, or storage;

• Delays or failures due to incorrect Buyer information;

• Quality deterioration caused by improper storage after receipt;

• Force majeure events (war, natural disasters, etc.).

8. Confidentiality and Personal Data

8.1–8.4. The Buyer consents to the processing of personal data for order fulfillment, agrees to the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy on the Seller’s website, and is responsible for keeping their data up to date.

9. Other Conditions

• This Contract is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

• Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if unresolved, through the courts at the Seller’s location.

• The Seller may amend this Contract unilaterally or by mutual agreement with the Buyer.
