Upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch. The minimum order amount for cash on delivery is from 400 UAH. Nova Poshta’s money transfer fee is + 20 UAH (fixed transfer fee) + 2% of the order amount.
Delivery
Orders in Ukraine are delivered by Nova Poshta.
Orders are shipped within three business days from the moment of payment.
Delivery cost for orders up to and including 1500 UAH – according to Nova Poshta’s rates. Delivery is paid by the Customer.
Delivery of orders over 1500 UAH – at our expense. Free for the Customer.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday – days off.
Attention! Orders are stored at the carrier’s warehouse for no more than 5 business days, after which they are returned to us.
How to receive an order at a Nova Poshta branch
Only the person specified as the recipient in the shipping declaration can receive the order.
You must have an ID with you.
Orders shipped via Nova Poshta are processed according to the carrier’s schedule.
You can find your nearest Nova Poshta branch and its opening hours on their official website.
Return Policy
Before receiving the goods
If you paid for the order by bank card, you can cancel it and get a refund.
To do so, please call +38 (097) 083 31 22 or +38 (068) 397 58 27 on the day of payment before receiving a shipping confirmation and inform us about the cancellation.
Funds will be refunded within three banking days to the card used for payment.
Upon receipt of goods
Please carefully check the external condition and completeness of the goods at the time of delivery.
In case of shortage or damage, do not sign the delivery declaration!
Write a claim letter to the Nova Poshta courier and notify us about the situation.
Funds will be refunded after the claim is reviewed.
After receiving the goods
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994 “On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumer Protection’,” food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.
You have the right to return goods of improper quality:

Goods unsuitable for use,

Goods that do not meet mandatory requirements,

Goods with an expired shelf life,

Goods delivered in damaged packaging (check integrity upon receiving the parcel from the carrier!).
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
We are confident such a return will never happen because we work to bring you joy and pleasure! So, goods of improper quality should never reach you — but we had to inform you about this.
